Salads, we share a love and hate relation with them. They are often looked at as boring diet food. However if made right, salads can complement your meal and pamper your taste buds with the rich flavours of dressing or toppings.

BEST CONSUMED WITH
Add some cream to the salad to get your taste buds dancing or a vegetable stew or just an orange juice along with it !
1) For the dressing: In a bowl or jar whisk together white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar and sugar until the sugar has dissolved
2) Stir in olive oil, honey, shallot, sesame seed and poppy seeds until mixture is well blended
3) For the salad
4) Add spinach, Rostaa almonds and cranberries to a salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Serve immediately after adding dressing
